There is actually a lot more to Simpy ( http://simpy.com ) than is listed above - the about page is a bit out of date. demo/demo account is available for playing around without signing up.

Also, if you need location information, Simpy lives in New York City.

Tagground integrates with the Simpy API as well. Otis (who I believe is the lead developer over at simpy) responds quickly to users emails. The api is very intuitive and Otis was quick to to answer any of my questions. Thanks Otis and I wish Simpy all the best.
